Further, the use of mobile clinics to ensure that persons with albinism in remote areas can be screened on a regular basis for skin cancer is a best practice established in the region. 57. The addition of sunscreen to the list of essential medicines was a key step taken by the Government.

Although a pilot programme for local sunscreen production was launched in the past in Malawi, it was not sustained. Therefore, the supply of sunscreen in Malawi currently remains ad hoc and is heavily dependent on international donations.

To that end, I submit my views to the Commission concerning what I foresee may be the work ahead in accordance with the mandate with which I am entrusted. (...) The Permanent Mission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the United Nations condemns the convening of such human rights gathering as a political human rights plot against the DPRK and makes clear its position as follows; The "Conference on North Korean Human Rights: the Road Ahead " constitutes a product of the hostile policy of the United States against the DPRK, and it is nothing but a rubbish event for the United States to get rid of the predicament driven at home and abroad, due to the recent confession by the defector of the fabrication of his testimony and to the disclosure of CIA's torture crimes.

Further requests that the Secretary-General includes updates on UNSMIL’s support to the relevant Libyan authorities and institutions ahead of the upcoming elections, the implementation of the 23 October ceasefire agreement, the progress made by the LCMM, the deployment of UNSMIL ceasefire monitors in support, and criteria for their eventual departure, in his regular reporting and in any additional reports, as necessary; 20.
