PODGORICA, APRIL 25, 2013 - Montenegrin national handball team player, Olympic silver medalist and European champion, Anđela Bulatović , together with UNICEF and Special Olympics representatives, presented the new It’s About Ability campaign TV commercial.
(...) According to the UNICEF Montenegro Representative Benjamin Perks, TV commercial shows the isolation of the children with disability, but it also points out how these children can be lifted out of the isolation through some simple adaptations of the local community.

The country is composed
of four states: Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei and Kosrae.
The entities in FSM that have experiences in television
industry are FSM Telecommunications Corporation and its
associated company, Island Cable TV.
1) FSMTC is a public corporation established by
Government and is operated commercially; offers TV service
in Kosrae, Yap, and Chuuk.
2)The ICTV is a private company, 50% of which is invested
by FSMTC and the remaining 50% by individuals; offers TV
service in the island of Pohnpei.
(...) FSM’s Transition to Digital TV
FSM’s migration from analog to digital TV began in 2011. For commercial reasons and out of necessity FSM Telecommunications Corporation (FSMTC) launched a digital terrestrial television service using DVB-T standard in Yap and Chuuk islands.

But this did not prevent the major commercial broadcasting groups or the pioneers of mobile TV from devising new business models based on this very approach. (...) Regarding satellite, the added benefit regarding contents is also limited, but satellite viewers are used to additional receivers and do not have to pay extra for receiving the advertising-funded commercial channels.

subtitles in Serbian.
