While the Memory Institute ought to play a role in this regard, further investigations and other processes must be carried out to more fully uncover what occurred, especially in the years before 1999. During 2001 and 2002, the authorities started to uncover a series of planned bombings and violent attacks, traced to a new far-right, white-power group called Boeremag. (...)
