One particular object of note, which was uncovered from a site in the north-eastern edge of the Ordos plateau on the Yellow river in what is present day China, is a highly elaborate gold headdress accompanied with a pair of earrings excavated from within the grave of an elite woman. (...) Furthermore, the headdress, with its jewelled headband and dangling golden elements, complex necklace, and accompanying earrings, is very similar in structure to a burial crown uncovered at a site in Tillya Tepe in Central Asia on the border between present-day Afghanistan and Turkmenistan. (...) The sector is not well covered by the labour law, and as a result, has the highest number of uncovered workers at 97 per cent.
“The pandemic has been a clear awakening call in the region regarding the need to put in place comprehensive and inclusive social protection systems for all workers and their families. (...) It outlines eleven policy approaches that can orient further necessary action to extend social security to uncovered workers. These include approaches to address legislative gaps; compliance and enforcement; and that introduce new methods for expanded coverage.

• We uncover new facts:
Individual firms are the key players in the political economy of FTAs
Virtually all lobbying firms are in favor of FTAs
Larger firms are more likely to lobby on FTAs
Firms engaged in international trade are more likely to lobby on FTAs
• To rationalize these findings, we develop a new theoretical model of endogenous lobbying by heterogeneous on firms on a proposed FTA under political uncertainty
• We assess the validity of the model’s predictions on firms’ lobbying expenditures:
Larger firms spend more lobbying in favor of an agreement
Individual firms spend more on agreements that
• generate larger gains – in terms of reduction in tariffs on their final goods and inputs, depth of FTA, export and sourcing potential of FTA partners

These searches resulted in the uncovering of many more early medieval Turkic manuscripts dated from around the 5 th to the 10 th century CE. (...) Relatively well-preserved literary manuscripts uncovered around the same time include various experts of Buddhist Sutras including the Turkic translation of the twenty-fifth part of the Saddharma Puṇḍarīka Sūtra (the Lotus Sūtra), as well as a collection of Manichaean prayers.
