In case of denunciation of either the Agreement between UNESCO and the Government of Malaysia regarding the Centre or this Memorandum of Understanding, both this Memorandum of Understanding and the Agreement will terminate on the same date. The Workshop was intended to improve the understanding and evaluation of social vulnerability as affected by major sources of risks, particularly poverty, climate change water scarcity, food insecurity and water-related conflicts.
