Le Gouvernement indonésien avance régulièrement dans le suivi de la
recommandation de ratifier le Protocole facultatif se rapportant à la Convention contre la
torture et autres peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants, notamment au travers
de consultations avec des groupes de la société civile liés au renforcement des actions de
prévention de la torture, comme la Coopération pour la prévention de la torture/Kerja Sama
untuk Pencegahan Penyiksaan (KuPP), à laquelle participent cinq institutions nationales des
droits de l’homme.
33. (...) Pour y remédier,
le Gouvernement indonésien collabore avec des ONG et avec le monde des entreprises afin
de poursuivre la mise en œuvre du Plan d’action national sur l’élimination des pires formes
de travail des enfants/Rencana Aksi Nasional Penghapusan Bentuk-Bentuk Pekerjaan
Terburuk untuk Anak (RAN-PBPTA).
72. De 2008 à 2020, le Programme de réduction du travail des enfants a réussi à inciter
143 456 enfants-travailleurs à retourner à l’école.

formations sur les principes de la Convention sur l ’élimination de toutes les formes
de discrimination à l’égard des femmes à l’intention de tous les fonctionnaires des
collectivités locales, des députés et des services de police de la fonction publique. (...) Avec son plan d’action national 2013-2022 pour l’élimination des pires formes
