Notwithstanding subsection (2) of this Act, the Fuel Sales Tax Act (Cap. 72) shall continue to apply for all purposes whatsoever in respect of any motor spirit, kerosene and gas fuel imported into the Kingdom subject to the Fuel Sales Tax Act (Cap. 72) before the date of commencement of the Consumption Tax Act 2003.
