Outputs
- The pilot workplaces understand why they need to ensure safety and health for workers, and link between workplace safety and health and business goal.
- The pilot workplaces are aware of laws and policies regulating the workplace operation and safety and health issues.
- The owners/managers have knowledge of recruitment and motivation, identifying and managing workplace hazards, including violence, stigma and discrimination, HIV and
STIs risks
- Action plans on improving working conditions will be developed by the participating venues.

Intersectionality is important in understanding LGBTI people’s lives in the workplace. Being transgender, working in the public sector, and being open about one’s SOGIE or intersex variation may subject LGBTI people to more severe and multiple forms of workplace discrimination.
